Category: Programme News

As every year, with the arrival of spring, we invite you to participate in the Youth Education Campaign organised on the occasion of Interreg Cooperation Day (formerly European Cooperation Day). We know that many of you are looking forward to it, as past editions have left you with a wealth of positive emotions, memories and impressions and have resulted in hundreds of cross-border contacts that continue to this day.

Nothing brings people together more than hiking together, especially when it leads along a bumpy road or difficult trail. Overcoming challenges together, time for conversation and real, not just virtual, contact with the environment are priceless. And there is a lot to explore, as the Programme area is a unique part of Europe rich in unspoilt, lush nature and multicultural richness. Therefore, this year we would like to encourage you to take part in an educational campaign aimed at promoting TOURISM and the effects of tourism projects implemented as part of the 2014-2020 Programme. So: LET'S FOLLOW THE COMMON TRAIL!"!

The Youth Educational Campaign "Let's follow the common trail!" consists of the spring competition preliminaries and the Finals organised in the autumn. It will be attended by the best representatives of schools from Poland and Ukraine and will take place on the occasion of Interreg Cooperation Day on 25th – 28th September (reserve date 2nd – 5th October) in Bieszczady (Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Poland).

Teams of 4 students aged 12-17 accompanied by their teachers are invited to participate. At the elimination stage, 2 competition tasks described in the General Rules must be completed and submitted by 31st May this year. Attractive prizes and unforgettable experiences await all participants in the finals!

Those wishing to take part for the first time are encouraged to watch coverage of last year 's Finals in Drohiczyn, Podlasie, PL.
