We invite Beneficiaries for the communication workshops

22 / 03 / 2021
Category: Programme News

Promotion should be an integral part of any project and is often crucial to its success. It happens that some interesting solutions do not reach potential recipients due to the lack or poor promotion. You have to take care of showing the effects of your projects to the widest possible forum while remembering the obligation to inform the public about the fact of receiving EU funding.

Why should you promote your projects?

There are plenty of reasons! You inform about something interesting, consolidate the image of your organization as a thriving one, and encourage people to act. Some information and promotion tasks can be performed on your own, without involving external companies and without incurring high costs.

How to do it?

We will advise you during the communication workshops for PBU Beneficiaries. As one of the most popular media of our time is the Internet, we decided to devote most of the workshops to show how to record short promotional films on your own. There will also be information about the Program Visibility rules and in general on how to promote projects.

The workshops will last 3 days. During the following days we will find out:

  • What are your responsibilities? Programme requirements - running by the JTS or Branch Offices of the Programme (about 3 hours, starting at 10:00).
  • How can you promote? Promotion of projects, film workshops - led by an external expert (about 6 hours, starting at 10:00).
  • What kind of filmmakers are you? Continuation of the film workshops. Discussion of recorded films, sharing of observations - led by an external expert (about 5 hours, starting at 11:00).

The hour refers to the local times in force in Poland, Belarus, and Ukraine.

All workshops will be conducted online.
