For the attention of Belarusian beneficiaries, decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of August 9, 2019 No. 304 “On implementation of the agreements on the financing of cross-border cooperation” was published, introducing, inter alia, changes to the taxation of the beneficiaries' own contribution during implementation of the cross-border projects.
